My complaint:
I m user of MasterCard through Faysalbank credit card, once I received my monthly bill on 20th if December surprisingly came to know that there were multiple fraudulent transaction made on my card dated 11th, 12th and 17th December each one amounting 150 USD, neither I have received any message or code verification. Immediately I requested the bank to block my card and initiated despute request my complain 1-9141603113.
I do hereby solemnly affirm and declare on oath that above statement is true and correct.
I request for detail investigation and reversal of this fraudulent transaction.
