Mastercard complaint: Fraudulent Charges to my Mastercard Card

My complaint:

I have received fraudulent transactions on my card, in excess of 4,000 USD in total, on 14 July 2021.

I advised my bank at the very first transaction, both on the phone and in person in the branch on the next day, asking not to authorize the transactions as. fraudulent.

The transactions were sent to Mastercard, authorized, and charged to my card.

I am asking for reimbursement since then, but I keep being told that the transactions are legitimate, as they are done in ApplePay (which I don’t have).

Suggested solution:

Reimbursing the fraudulent transactions - there should be a form of insurance against frauds.

Or otherwise provide a precise direction on whom should reimburse the transactions, if that is not the bank or the card issuer.
