My complaint:
Purchases at the subject Drug Store are coded Healthcare-Medical Service, while as the name implies, it is a Pharmacy. Visa has it coded correctly. After 40 years of using this Pharmacy, I am now being forced to change to CVS in order to capture either the LLBean rewards program or the Capital One 3% reward.
Suggested solution:
Contact the store to verify that they are, in fact, a pharmacy and correct the code.
