My complaint:
I have mastercard CC issued from Banquemisr Egypt and stopped receiving the monthly statement although I didn’t change my home address. This case may be considered high risk as fraud may be ongoing and can’t be detected by customers due to stop sending CC statement.
Suggested solution:
By sending the fiscal statement through mail or scanned copy by email. The whole process for sending statements by the bank should be reviewed to ensure that no one stopped sending on purpose to facilitate fraud.
