My complaint:
I’m filling this complaint because I’ve been told that I have abused my card facility . Unfortunately I don’t understand how that can be possible in this climate. I will like a solid reason as this has now prevented me from having a bank account .
Suggested solution:
I would like to to know what information is held on me
and what can be done to rectify this.
I have been turned down and have numerous online banking facilities refusing me , even the ones that charge this has left me down financially and has hindered me trying to move forward.
