Mastercard complaint: REPLACEMENT CARD REFUSED BY BANK

My complaint:

Sirs,

Please find below the mail which is self explanatory sent to

crmsouth@unitedbank.co.in and

cmcs@unitedbank.co.in

care@pnb.co.in and

debitcard@pnb.co.in and

incident@pnb.co.in and

jbshelpdesk@pnb.co.in and

cms.bochennai@rbi.org.in and

debitcard@pnb.co.in

and still I have not received any response from the bank’s side or the

Mastercard Debit Card side. They have not even told me how my card got hotlisted or what was the reason for the bank not explaining things in writing or through email. Even the RBI ombudsman has not replied till now.

The Master card support page asks me to go to my bank, but when I clicked the button it is not functioning.

The bank does not maintain the INTERNET BANKING LOGIN page also and various attempts to ON the Debit card had resulted in negative.

I WANT A REPLACEMENT CARD for this and so please I request the SINCERE AND HONEST BANK AUTHORITIES to consider this as a SERIOUS COMPLAINT and take action and restore my financial TRANSACTIONS as before.

Sub : Debit Card not functioning.

Ten days back I tried to withdraw amount using my above card. But was unable to withdraw and was surprised to see the reason as

CARD INVALID UNAUTHORISED CARD BLOCKED error messages on the ATM SCREEN . For your kind information I have submitted all my required KYC documents for my account and my above debit card had been issued by your branch only. I don’t understand how this can be an INVALID CARD or UNAUTHORISED CARD. This has resulted in difficulties for me for utilising my savings in an emergency requirement.

So please consider the above and rectify this defect in the ATMs wherever I am likely to withdraw funds since this is a master card which has operational capability throughout the globe and see to it that the error message INVALID CARD “UNAUTHORISED CARD” should not appear.

PLEASE TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE FACT THAT I HAVE REPRESENTED THIS ISSUE WITH MY HOME BRANCH MANAGER AND WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR THE COMMENT OF APPLYING FOR A NEW CARD.
