My complaint:

I have been asking for a refund since Nov 9 2020. I keep getting told to send my ID which I have done 4 times. The last time on 3062021 I emailed my ID and a bill with my address. I have four cards that have been closed in January and I do not have access to those funds anymore. There are four cards which total $1800.00.

Suggested solution:

I want a check which totals $1800.00 or 3 checks for $500.00 and one check for $300.00.
