Mastercard complaint: Fraudulent 9 consecutive transactions

My complaint:

I was using the card to order pizza on papa John Piza site on February 8th 2021,and as soon I entered the security pass code to my order all of sudden the page changed and I got a message of 119990 RUB Transaction from unknown site MVIDEO and I immediately called the bank to inform and stop the card (but within a minute or so I got further 8 transactions from same site of almost similar amount).I informed the bank (Saudi British bank).stopped the card and filed a complaint.
Later I got a message from the bank that the complaint is declined as I used the passcode .BUT I used the code for pizza order and the site changed on the phone .AND PASSWORD IS FOR ONE TRANSACTION BUT THERE ARE 9 consecutive transactions happened on my card within a minute or so with unknown currency to me and unknown site.
I further filed a complaint with details to the bank and till now no solution and waiting the reply as now more then one and half month passed.

Suggested solution:

As I had 9 consecutive fradulant transactions on my card .
The money should be returned to the card and to be taken strict action to avoid such problems.
And I believe master card premiere is insured card and I am not supposed to be blamed for such heavy fraudulent transactions happened to my card.
