My complaint:
I purchased a MasterCard gift card for my son and I Forgot the amount on it ( brand new) I rang and spent an hour been transferred on hold hung up . No one could help ! I spoke to four people didn’t take down the first person name as I thought it would be an easy question to get the amount , spoke to Sarah , Sirah and Amie . Last one said if you hang up and ring back my team member can help you ?! What ? I was really disappointed with the service. No more for me I generally give out these gift cards as birthday and Christmas presents. No more
Suggested solution:
Train your call centres ! Have people who speak the English language.
