My complaint:
mastercard and jumia in egypt offered 20% discount with cap of 200 egp when paying in jumiapay app with mastercard card for the first time and said offer from 25 to 29 november … We charged our cards to get use of the offer but jumia did not offer it all time and totally disappeared before the emd of announced date
I am asking.for compensation for that … Thanks in advance
