My complaint:
On Nov 4th I noticed 4 fraudulent charges on my Mastercard issued by First Tech Credit Union. Charges I didn’t make to Best Buy of $99.99, $99.99, $109.99 and $129.99. I immediately contacted 1st Tech of these charges. Then a few days later 2 packages were delivered from Best Buy, a watch and a scrabble game. 1st Tech advised me to return them which we did. No other packages were delivered from them… (2) of the charges, $109.99 $129.99 were credited back. The other 2 charges of $99.99 ea were credited on my paper MC statement but not my mobile app or my PC account. I have gone into the bank, called them on 3 separate occasions and am now on a 54 minute call and going….
Suggested solution:
removed the fraudulent items immediately once I reported them; researched and resolved.
