My complaint:

I took.out a MasterCard credit dispute.on 11th June.with hsbc due to non refund of two bookings I made with approx 2700 pounds.they raised a dispute and informed me in November.the travel agent refused to reimburse my card.because they are agents.partner to Alpha Holidays Ltd.which is not legal under the Package Holiday Act.being agents are responsible to reimburse clients..told by.letter to apply with documentation ie ing bookings etc.the form called me two days ago to say they will not refund me because my bank is asking for Chargeback.but the firm.have already not accepted the chargeback believe as a credit card firm.they should have made the chargeback.HSBC are still looking at claim.and only contact me twice in nearly 7 months.meanwhile I am 2700 pounds owed

My complaint ref.with the HSBC disputes team.1037683.almost total lack of communication with me.over the 2706.83 taken for a holiday and kept by I can MasterCard has to how they are feeling with this dispute.therefore I wish to you and ask if you can help me.I have documents I can send you..but only if you feel the need to help me is within.your criteria..
