My complaint:
I used my master card online on application Talabat and they declined the order after they withdraw the money
And since 28 of December 2020 they promised that they did the refund and till today I didnt get my refund
And they keep lying on emails
And today they said it was sent only 21 of January but nothing yet, its unprofessional especially today they are asking me to wait for 14 days more
And all of their emails I have it on my gmail
Suggested solution:
I see to stop providing talabat with famous payment as Mastercard becuase its effective on your reputation
And there customer support are just amateurs who send fake emails and fake info
They replied they refunded on 29 of december
But the truth is they refunded on 21 of january and I knew that from their manager
