My complaint:
I tried using Ecobank Ghana MasterCard to withdraw money from an ATM in Kumasi Ghana on 27 January 2020.
The cash did not dispense from the ATM machine but my account was debited.
I lodged a complaint with Ecobank Ghana Limited till date the refund has not been done. I was told the delay is coming from MasterCard.
Suggested solution:
I need the refund to be credited back to my account.
