My complaint:
we payed € 2.634 on 16 march 2020 for a stay at hotel Borgo Egnazia in Italy.
Our stay has been cancelled by the hotel en they payed € 2.534 back (addendum), but we didn’t receive anything.
Suggested solution:
can you please pay on our account the amount of € 2.534
