My complaint:

On 26 02 2020, I put money on Mysafemarket Forex Trading platform for £210  using my Mastercard debit card. The card number was issued by Monzo Bank and the number is xxxx xxxx xxxx xxxx.

I am claiming that MySafeMarket is in breach of contract because I was deceived into making a deposit for trading forex on mysafemarket trading website. They requested that I should make bigger deposit but I wanted to try their services and see how it works. My suspicion turned out to be very right. When I requested for withdrawal of my fund after seeing the unethical ways that their ‘advisor’ act, they continued to turn down my request. I eventually went online to sample a review of their activities and I was shocked to learn that those behind the website are fraudsters. Their tactics is to keep deceiving me that I will get my money back until the period for a procedural charge back on their account will be over. Please help me retrieve my money and inform Mastercard to disband their activities. They are fraudsters using well organised site and operational networks. They should be denied legitimate access to the financial system.

Under the Chargeback Scheme rules, I would like a refund for this item. Unfortunately, I will like this refund to come into my alternative mastercard credit card issued by Capital One. This is because the problems I experienced over the period has made Monzo Bank to close down my account making my original mastercard used in depositing funds with Mysafemarket no longer active.

I would be grateful if you could respond within 14 days.

Because Monzo Bank has closed my account, the original mastercard used to make deposit to mysafemarket is no longer active. I would like mastercard to forward the refund from the chargeback on mysafemarket to my Capital One Mastercard credit card as indicated in my complaint. I am happy to answer any further questions on this complaint particularly to verify my identity, other security questions to that I am the real owner of the two cards both the old one from Monzo and the new one from Capital One. Thank you.
