My complaint:
I paid my flight booking total 39596.94 THB via KTC Mastercard. to GO TO GATE but my JEJU Flight 7C 2204 was cancelled cause of Covid-19 pandemic situation, I tried to contact to inform my flight cancellation to GO TO GATE to ask for a refund but up until now GO TO GATE has always kept no response to me then pls. manage to refund me back cause of my flight cancellation so!
Suggested solution:
GO TO GATE should refund back my money to my KTC Mastercard for my JEJU flight cancellation as soon as possible cause of Covid-19 pandemic situation !!
