My complaint:

I will not be able to use my Mastercard to shop online from October. This is because in your security system you’re insisting that the one-time passcode for online purchases is texted to a mobile phone, not emailed as can be done now. I have a very poor mobile phone signal where I live so cannot receive texts.

Retain the emailing of one-time passcodes as is done now.
