My complaint:
I lost my card and with it all information regarding the account number and bank that issued it. I have called MasterCard seven or eight times but get the same response–find the bank and account number All efforts to locate the bank have failed. I need to cancel the account, but am prevented from doing so. Meanwhlie my card may be in the hands of a thief. I am a very, very, very frustrated holder of the card
