Mastercard complaint: The OPODO did not provide the service I have booked and paid for with my MasterCard and still has not refunded the money to me 1,5 months later

My complaint:

I booked the flight to Moscow with OPODO booking ref 7086192512 to fly on the 29.04.2021. It was a flight to Chisinau Moldova departing London Stanstead airport at 14:40 and arriving at Chisinau at 19:30, and a connecting flight to Moscow from Chisinau at 21:00, airline booking ref RK8HTZ___9U83429-04-2021QLR6W- Shokina Elena, all local times. On the 230421 I received a message from the airline that flight departure time from London had changed and now it was 15:40. They asked me if I still wanted to fly. I responded that because of the flight time changes I will not be able to do a self-transfer and get in time for connecting flight to Moscow: it only leaves me with 30 min for transfer which is physically not possible. I contacted OPODO ( Moldova Airlines advised me that the agents had been informed about flight time change and I should request my refund from OPODO), but they were not willing to even request a refund. They told me they will contact the Airline about their consent on refund. I called them 5 times now, once from Moscow where I went on business trip, and they have kept saying to me that they will pay me in 2-3 days. But no money has been paid into my account by now, 10062021. I used my MasterCard to pay for the service I have never been provided with. Not only I paid for my airline tickets to OPODO using this card, but I also paid for OPODO PREMIUM CUSTOMER SEVICE the sum of £16.43 which says in their ation email “ If you need to flail a refund from us, you’ll receive it within 3 days”. As you might guess now, I have never received anything of that kind of service from them. The total amount I paid for all that booking was £391.79. That included AEROFLOT flight that got cancelled and got refunded to me on 160521, £112.30 or 11663.78 Russian roubles, as well as Moldova Airlines flight of £263.06 and OPODO PREMIUM SERVICE OF £16.43. Moreover, OPODO dud not change a departure time on their website which I consider a grievous breach of Consumer’s right to verified and true information about services provided. They have been lying to me all the way, on the phone and on their website account.

Suggested solution:

I would ask you to credit the money of £279.49 ( £263.06 £16.43) back to my credit card ending 7745, valid until 122024 and issued to my name Elena Shokina by Alfa Bank in Moscow, Russian Federation, due to the fact that I have paid to the agent who is allowed to use MasterCard service but I have NOT received services I paid for.
