My complaint:

Was on phone and heard the rep get a separate call on another phone she proceeded to answer the call leaving me on the call saying hello is anyone there I was left for 3~4 mins like this before terminating the call I then called back and was greeted by the same rep who then refused to let me make a formal complaint saying that they couldn’t facilitate me talking to a manager or any complaints department stating there was no one available to do so even though there open 24 hours and clearly states online for all your costumer needs

Suggested solution:

Compensation and fire the rep
