My complaint:
My credit card has been hacked, found that 8.000 EGP approximately withdrawn for Facebook Ads as per the bank customer service, got no notification for this transaction on my cell phone.
I already spoke to the bank to stop and cancel this card.
I sent also attachment for the card photoshoot
Suggested solution:
Check please who made this transaction, assist to refund the amount taken from my account.
