I was givens gift card. I decided to use it today because of muscle tightness. I
Made the appointment about 3:00 pm for 5:00pm appointment. I was feeling bad earlier and thought I could go. Before I was going to leave the house I became quite ill and decided to cancel. I was having diarrhea and did not want to have a possible accident. When I called to cancel the woman named Tiffany said I would have to forfeit the $120.00 card.
Suggested solution:
I would like my gift card to be reinstated
