Massage Envy complaint: Massage Envy not honoring transferred credits

My complaint:

We had a membership for over two years. When COVID hit it was next to impossible to get massage scheduled. We went into the store and cancelled our memebership. At the time we had 8 massage credits. They assisted us in transferring those credits to our mother. No mention on any expiration date. In fact we were told you can only use one credit every 6 months. So we transferred $480 in credit to my mother. Now Massage Envy will not honor the credits. Said you have to use them all within 60 days of cancellation. That is not even possible if you can only use one per 6 months. We were never told of any expiration date and they assured us the credits would show up on their sytstem. Now they are saying that since the current manager was not employed when we transferred the credits, that they cannot help us. We are out all of our money, and are so furious. Complete frauds.

Suggested solution:

Either honor the 8 transferred credits or at least honor a portion of them or refund our money!
