My complaint:

I am sick and tired of MARRIOTT sending me emails as a MISTER. I was BORN female in my BIRTH CERTIFICATE! This has been ongoing for more than few YEARS from various hotels.

This is extremely DISCRIMINATIVE and DEGRADING to keep addressing me as a MISTER especially after I have made numerous visits and it is OBVIOUS I AM A NATURAL FEMALE and not some mumbo jumbo stuff about pronouns.

I am NOT A TRANSGENDER unless if YOUR COMPANY decides to LABEL ME TO LOOK LIKE ONE.

This violates every HUMAN RIGHT! I have been patient for many years and after UNCOUNTABLE promises to fix my GENDER on profile, I am STILL addressed as a MISTER!

I called out to Marriott’s CUSTOMER SERVICE LINE to complain about this and the MANAGER, MICHELLE, disconnected on me. I was yelling everything on TOP in GENERAL AND NOT DIRECTIVE AT HER and she THREATENED TO HANG UP on me if I continued yelling and that was when I brought up the BUSINESS ETHICS CODE that MARRIOTT has and said I did not say a word of derogatory comment OR insult OR personally attack her verbally, and she just casually HUNG UP ON ME. Please LISTEN to the call, she hung up on me on 11.01pm GMT8 25th August 2023.

She is UNFIT to be a manager. I am EXTREMELY irritated with this issue and OF COURSE I WILL BE YELLING IN GENERAL because it has been going on FOR YEARS!! I have corrected SO MANY emails. Please allow me to attach all screenshots. It only allows one below

Suggested solution:

For Marriott to stop addressing me as a female and also a warning letter to Michelle for hanging up on me when I was complaining to her about the above.
