My complaint:
I was crossing Michigan Ave at East Chestnut street when a Lyft driver ( white male, dark hair) ran a light that had been red for several seconds before he entered the intersection and cut me off while I had already begun to cross the street, passing just a few feet in front of me. The vehicle was southbound, a silver Toyota sedan, Illinois license number CJ 92001.
Suggested solution:
Punish the driver accordingly.
