My complaint:
At 10:05 I agreed to pay $11.99 with a 13 minute pick-up time. At 2 minutes away my phone vibrated then Lyft changed drivers and added time to pick up. They already secured funds by 10:09 and lied about 13-minute pick-up
As if this was not egregious enough they switched drivers a second time adding another 8 minutes to pick me up. Me Furious.
Suggested solution:
Apology and REFUND.
