My complaint:

I got to the airport at 9.20 am due to a stationary Vechicle ON N14
They wouldn’t take my luggage pleaded with the staff they said luggage all loaded and closed.I had to leave my Check in bag and told them I’m in a predicament my Dad critical n may have to stay in Durban for long .When I get to the gate after 15/20min later someone announces flight from Durban delayed soo flight will be delayed.
What lies by the Counter Check in staff no compassion at all n I’m 65 years old ….Going to put this on Public Media
