Lyft complaint: Scheduled pickup never happened missed flight

My complaint:

Never ever schedule a ride with Lyft!!!! They have no support. My ride was scheduled for my vacation flight the next morning. I scheduled for 6am. I get a message in morning saying window is 6:00-6:20. 6:20 arrived and no driver…then Lyft app says looking for closest driver and never got one. This caused me to miss flight.

Suggested solution:

Fire the driver and pay my flight !!!
