Lyft complaint: Left two handicapped people in the freezing weather

My complaint:

Your service is absolutely awful I set up four rides and only took one, you canceled the others we were left in the bitter cold flagging down a taxi. I set up a ride to go to Gallaghers Steakhouse, @ 5 pm from our hotel we ended up getting a taxi. Then we set up a ride from the steakhouse to the theatre canceled again, another taxi waiting 30 min in the bitter cold. Both of us have handicaps and need help. The next time we were scheduled for a 10:30 pickup at The imperial theatre you canceled the first I set up another , and supposedly the driver was there I even sent her a message asking where she was and what she was driving, no response over and over I attempted to set up a ride and I was told three different cars were on their way not one showed up . it was below zero and being handicapped made the walk to times square awful. we both suffered because of your inadequate drivers and company I am going to lodge a complaint to the BBB about your abysmal service

Suggested solution:

you should refund every cent and make a heartfelt apology you have no idea what your company`s awful system caused us. You should be ashamed to let anyone, but especially handicapped people , fend for themselves in brutaL temperatures. Y ou cannot be counted on and I gave you many chances to do what was right.
