My complaint:
I picked up the Passenger we drove the 74 min drive when the GPS drive canceled and I received a another Passenger pick up which then I looked at the navigation the drive was cancel and everything was lost. The drive, the Passenger
Disappeared off my screen.
How can that be if Lyft acknowledged me picking up the Passenger and I was in route ? Then it vanished because the Customer canceled the Trip 2blks from his drop off . I find that hard to believe That I gave a free drive
Im owed ? $108.00 for that Trip that was completed.
Someone owes me $108.00 Lyft should pay me.
NO EXCEPTIONS. They tracked that drive that I picked up the Passenger from Saugus Ca. To Bakersfield Ca.

Because they Acknowledge me picking up the Passenger and started tracking my miles.
Lyft chat box said Passenger Canceled the Trip and No way of tracking it
