My complaint:
Lyft driver was rude, unprofessional, yelled profanities and refused to take me to my destination. i was going to school. he caused me to be late for school and refused to give me the money back His number is JJP3340.
Suggested solution:
I would like my money back and also the driver should be fired for treating people this way.
