My complaint:
We booked our Lyft the night before and we’re waiting
Outside for our ride to the airport when the driver called and he was being made to take our ride and he was too tired so we should cancel and find another ride. I told him at this last minute we might miss our flight. He said too bad. Then when I go to cancel it wants to charge me a cancellation fee!!
Suggested solution:
Get better drivers. Whatever happened to doing your job
