My complaint:

I’ve bee riding Lyft for years and all of a sudden when I tried to part ride on App. They said they needsed to verify my info and I verified everything and they still won’t take my card I use or get me a ride. It’s been going on for days and no worker there is rectifying the issue. They have no way of helping through the App because it’s based on rides and that’s it. So they need to be held accountable and this needs to be resolved so I can get to where I’m going

Suggested solution:

They need to core t their error and let me use my card
