My complaint:
Oct. 14, 2021, after a long plane ride, I took Lyft with Mohamed from the airport to Redmond. Being very exhausted I paid him in cash plus tip. The morning of Oct 15, (having gotten some sleep) I contacted Lyft via email. No comment has ever been received from Lyft.
Therefore when my visa card with the $56.98 charge appeared I disputed that charge knowing visa would contact Lyft and perhaps get some response. It is now Jan. 18, 2022, I am learning that Lyft has not responded to Visa. I feel it is morally responsible for Lyft to repay me $56.98.
Suggested solution:
Normally when someone is double charged, the responsible company refunds the second charge.
