My complaint:
While sitting in the lobby of the Embassy SuitesHilton Hotel, I called for Lift for a ride to the Savannah International Airport. The driver was 15 minutes from me. I placed the call around 10:00am. I saw the details on the driver on my cell phone. I was able to see the route of the driver as she approached. My cell phone did not vibrate when the driver was three minutes away, so I walked outside to the pickup area. I saw the driver. She just sat in her car across the street from the designated pickup area. I waved to her and called out to her. Then she just pulled off. The guy standing with me saw what happened and ran after her. He caught up with the driver who was stuck at a stop sign. I could hear the conversation between the man and the lyft driver. The lyft driver told the man that she (driver) canceled the ride. So, I walked inside the lobby to the front desk and explained what happened. The front desk employee call a taxi for me. The taxi arrived in five (5) minutes.
Suggested solution:
The black female lyft driver should be terminated. I believe her name was Latonia.
