My complaint:
We visited lulu kuwaitat yesterday, Alain, AbuDhabi. We are regular customer of lulu like others and like lulu but yesterday got very disappointing experience.
One of the gift item of glass fell down from my daughter’s hand who is just 5 years old and one of the staff was worried about money rather than taking care of my daughter, because that glass pieces can do damage to my daughter’s hand but that staff didn’t even show mercy for asking how is she. My daughter was standing alone and she was crying so badly as she got scared.
We told to that staff person that we will pay for that item and we paid. But he informed to security to add insult to our image.
We heard a lot about Yusuf sir generosity but didn’t receive that kind of response from the staff.
Very disappointed with yesterday’s experience. Its not about that we paid amount but didn’t even receive positive response for my daughters health which they would have taken as priority than the amount.
So much disappointed.
