My complaint:
I have a serious complaint regarding lulu security staff in Ajman branch near to municipality masfout street. I visited same branch on 20th of September at around 10:30 pm with one of my friend to shop.
When we reached the main entrance to exit at the same time lady security has stopped me and trying to check my hand bag with out any reason. I refused still she kept asking, at final she done it with out my consent or permission. Same spot she couldn’t find anything. She ruin my character and share a very bad experience. I went to your custum same time to complain the staff. But nothing happen.
I have a very bad experience from your staff even though am your loyal customer from 10 years .kindly do a needful action to the regarding security guard with written and orally as well. Hope I will get a good reply as soon.
