My complaint:
Trying to get an update since 5 days, with mails after mails and calls after calls no response at all from anyone at Lulu.
since I did not get any response from the lulu team i contacted Toshiba directly and here is my compliant number –

Even after they scheduled the visit no update, i can understand one day delay because of the rains but no response is not acceptable.
Not sure what to do

Respond and send a technical to resolve the issue.
