My complaint:
Whenever comes since last two times, no body in warranty(after sales) section available. Causing one hour waiting for nothing. If there is crowd, we can understand. But always vaccant seat is available in warranty dept. I need to stand for min half an hour to one hour to meet the Lulu representative. Considering the valuable time of the customers, increase and deploy the right persons in customer care.
Suggested solution:
Respect the customer time and deploy additional staffs
