My complaint:
I would like to bring the incident that happened with my wife to Lulu Management for necessary action.My wife,Padmaja Vadapalli entered the Lulu hyper market,Karama on July 8th around 9 pm for shopping.As she was walking through the deals section with trolley ,a heap of molded furniture fell on her right foot and started bleeding from right foot.I was called from parking and I rushed there immediately.This incident happened between 9 and 9.15 pm.
It happened due to improper placement of molded furniture without proper support.
Later she was taken to hospital and her X-ray showed fracture in her right foot.So I want necessary action from management side,as my wife has been suffering for just no reason.
