My complaint:
Hello ..
I have a complaint about service, and I hope that you will find a solution to this problem ..
We are three persons .
In Amsterdam on Sat. 24 June 2023 We came to the airport to do check in put the system was doesnot work and also the turn was very long on the line to go to employee to do check in therefore we lost the airplane number : LH 987 .
we explaind our problem to the employee but she didnot help us and also we have enough time to do check in but she said time is up .
We are surprised that the system when we make check in does not work, even a day before
, and when we arrived at the airport and we also tried to do check in on the airport machine also wasn’t working.
I think this is unacceptable..
But anyway we have booked on another flight to Saudi Arabia with aother company ,
and after several days we came to Riyadh to take the Lufthansa plane that we are booked before .which was reserved for us as well,
but we are also surprised that the employee prevented us to do check in by him , even though we had already paid the price tickets,
but he told us that since you did not come on the day of departure, which is Sat. 24 June 2023 on plane number LH 987 , you cannot board and return to Amsterdam on board plane number LH 637,
because this is prohibited and you must pay also ..
I actually find that a very strange thing and we came to Riyadh specially to take the our plane that was booked already and we could not do so because of the employee there..
I am asking you to compensate us for the losses of the first trip and second one because we paid to another companies to take another plane two times ( otherwise we will be late to our work ) .
I find this very strange and I did not encounter it in another airlines.
