My complaint:
Lufthansa changed our flights to new ones with more expensive seats (bait and switch). I called and they refused to honor the prepaid upgrade. They made me pay a fresh $2000 for the new seats with the FALSE PROMISE of returning my funds in 7 business days. They day came and went, now they refuse to respond as to where is my money, when will I see it, or how will they fix the harm caused. I have tried everything but they are a fraud! I am out $3000 and these unprofessional scammers continue to hurt others (check their Instagram). DO NOT GIVE A SINGLE CENT TO THESE FRAUDSTERS!!!!
