My complaint:
This is with respect to the booking of E ticket no 0146938448190 0146938448191 on dated 27th July 22 departure time was 02.50 AM. This was booked in the name of Mr Brij Mohan Sood Mrs Pushpa Sood. The flight was cancelled communicated to us on the spot by your airline. And the same flight was again reschedule on 2nd Aug 22..
Post discussion with Airline customer support, we informed the entire incidence about the sudden cancellation of flight no AC 9353 there was no prior communication to us for such cancellation . We had already spent travel food expenses from our house to airport returned back. They suggested us to claim the entire expense by submitting the necessary documents.
