My complaint:
On 30th of june my flight LH1018 from Frankfurt to Brussels has been canceled after my luggage had been checked in. As several flight had been canceled at that time and it was a complete chaos. Personnel of the airport advised my to leave the airport without having the possibility to find out how to get my luggage. I could contact Lufthansa later.
That is what I am trying to do ever since without succes. Phone is not answered. E mail remain unanswered.
I have sent a mail to lost and found. My inquiry has been submitted. Thats all. no contact
Is there someone who can let me know how to get in contact?
