My complaint:
I travelled from Port Harcourt Nigeria to Dallas Fort Wort
Departed 01272022 and arrived 01282022
When I claimed my bag in Chicago Ohare for my connecting flight to Dallas only 4 of my five luggages were seen. I complained to United Airline which was the connecting flight and was told to file a report at my final destination in Dallas if the Luggage was still missing there.
I was given a claim DFW94478M

Values:
1. Cost of bag $120.00
2. Excess Luggage paid $287.00
3. Cost of Food Items in the Luggage $ 1,274.00
Total: $1,681.00
Suggested solution:
Refund the whole cost of the loss
