My complaint:
I tried for three hours to contact Lufthansa by home without success. Thai airways would not accept the booking because they felt the arrangement was good unless Lufthansa said otherwise. The reason for this is that on the outward journey to! England Lufthansa cancelled two of my lights without notification, so I had to book with another airiine to get to Bali fro!m Bangkok via Jakata at my own expense. Thai airways felt this rendered the booking with Lufthansa void unless the copy said otherwise. I am 75 and this is extremely upsetting.

With an apology and a partial refund.
