My complaint:
after a long tiring trip , i arrived Cairo without my bag ,i do have in the bag small ice bag for my insulin injection , good for my original trip time . and now the bag still hasn’t arrived yet to me and i am worried about my insulin going bad .
Suggested solution:
to get my bag the same day i arrived
