My complaint:
Hi i was booked on a flight on the 31st LH911 i think, i arrived at 1300 my flight was at 1630, i went to book a covid test but was unable to due to the stations internet not working and the tests can only be made online, i asked for help and was directed by the lady going up and down the the rebooking que to goto the check-in desk and ask for help from a supervisor, i did and was told by a lady that she couldn’t help me i then went to the assistance desk where they tried to get help with the internet but several people had the same issue i did, i then went to try to talk to the covid testing managers i talked with two both of whom couldn’t help me.. i then went to the rebooking desk as there were no other lufthansa people to help by this time it was just after three o clock, check closed at 1545 and there was no way to get a covid test in time (90mins) the lady tried to rebook my flight for the next day but was unable because i had gotten my ticket through a agent.
now i cant seem to rebook a flight as the agents cant get hold of you, the lady at the rebooking desk said she’d make a note on my booking so i wouldn’t get a no-show as i was there early, the lady who redirected me to the check-in ed this with her.. Also, i would have cancelled my flight to get a possible refund but like i said i couldn’t use the internet, no one seemed willing to help me except by directing me all over the terminal
Suggested solution:
just please let me rebook a flight or give me a refund without crazy charges, i arrived over 4 hours early i asked lufthansa for help and was sent everywhere but where i needed to go..
