Lufthansa complaint: Charged 3 times for extra Baggage

My complaint:

Flew from Delhi to Newark under booking Number JP4VAI. Booked online for extra baggage and paid $231 through link sent by Lufthansa but when reached airport they were not able to find the record even though I shoed the CS charge on my Credit Card. Paid $232 again in front of them online and showed them ation email and charge on my credit card but still they couldn’t find in their record. Because flight was only an hour left to fly so I paid them again $288 because airport charge is higher than online charge and then only they gave me boarding pass. I was the last person to reach the flight. After repeated calls and emails still no response. They issued refund of $230 but still waiting for one more refund of $287 or $230.

Suggested solution:

After repeated calls and emails still no response. They issued refund of $230 but still waiting for one more refund of $288 or $231. Hope they issue refund of both amounts to compensate the mess they created and for wasting my time and frustration.
